Dr. Marcel Behr, associate professor of medicine at McGill University and a researcher with the Research Institute of the MUHCʼs Axis of Infection and Immunity, has been elected a member of the prestigious American Society for Clinical Investigation (ASCI).
Founded in 1908, the ASCI is an honour society for physician-scientists, to which Canadians are rarely admitted.
Dr. Behr’s election underscores the excellence and international impact of his innovative work in the field of mycobacteria.
